I finally created a card!

I can't believe after a whole two months I finally had some time and motivation to create a card.  Now, it took me a bit to get back into the groove and many oopsies to finally come out with something that I could take a picture of.  Here it is:

Penned & Painted

I just love 2 step stamping... and in this case it was 3 step stamping.  I love the depth you get just from your stamps and inkThis is a great stamp set for making a one sheet wonder!  I haven't done that in ages, so I think that will happen in the near future.

Supplies Used:

Stamp Sets: Penned & Painted (141938 $31.00 Photopolymer), Thankful Thoughts (141522 $25.00 Clear Mount)
Almost forgot about the Touches of Texture (143251 $44.00 Clear Mount) that I used on the edges of the Pear Pizzazz card base

Ink: Melon Mambo, Pear Pizzazz, Daffodil Delight and Tuxedo Black

Card Stock: Pear Pizzazz, Basic Black, Whisper White

Extras: Rhinestones and Dimensionals... oh and after I took the photo I added some clear wink of stella to the middle of the flowers

I was hoping to have created more than one card today, but I was slow at getting into it.  And, then when I did get into it... I got lost in my time that I was almost late in picking up Victoria from school :)

Here are some pictures of my studio too.... I am really needing a new light fixture because the light in there right now is awful!  I didn't actually sit in here today when I stamped because of that reason, instead I set up a table near the back door, with a perfect view of the mountains and great daylight!

View from the door

Tool Station

Colour and Stamp Station

Shelves of Stuff :)

View from my walk-in Storage Closet

And that's it for today!  I hope you all enjoyed the card and I look forward to when I am back again with another card!

Here is a reminder for the special deals for this week....  Scroll back a post to get the hostess code to use when shopping online.  You can also contact me directly with your orders as well.

Have a great day!

Catherine
