Blooming with Kindness

Well, it has been another fantastic day at Convention.  We had marches across the stage for Milestone Achievements (300K for me), Annual Sales, Recruiting and Leadership.  It is so nice watching all these wonderful demonstrators celebrating their achievements.  I am exhausted so I am going to leave you with a quick creative post.  This card I am sharing is one that I just finished doing with my downline here in the hotel.  This stamp set was one of my immediate favorites as soon as the catalogue released.

Another Exciting Day!!

MDS 2 is almost here!!!  There are over 75 new design features found on MDS 2.  We saw a few today and it is very exciting.... can't wait to add it to my computer!

We had some fantastic classes and make and take sessions and now we are trying to call it a day!  I am determined to keep this blog alive, so onto a very quick post...

Here I am at the Awards Ceremony... we were having fun feeling like I was walking down the red carpet before the Oscar's or for a movie premiere!

We were having so much fun!  I am holding the Founder's Circle bag... it is a dooney & burke leather bag. Absolutely gorgeous.  Sorry no creativity today and for the small post.  We are absolutely exhausted.
Thank you all again for all that you do!!!

Thank you to ALL of you!!

What an incredible day I had on Wednesday!!!  Some of you are on facebook and already know about my day, but I wanted to share it here also.  When I went to the awards booth today, I found out I had earned Founder's Circle which is a special trip with Shelli Gardner for the top demonstrators.  It is all very exciting and more so because I get to share the excitement with a number of my team members!  Everyone has supported me so much in my 10 year Stampin' Up! journey and I really feel I can not thank you enough!
Here is a fun card I saw in the Legacy Room today at the Home Office.  I feel just like that.... "Thanks for the support"

The Home Office is really an incredible place to work!!  Wish I could move closer to have a job here :)
It is turning into a regular thing as well visiting the home office and especially the big rocks at the front entrance.  Two years ago we jumped off the rocks and had a blast.  This year, the garden was nicely planted so not so much room for jumping... but I still managed to have some fun!

Ok, so I am crazy... but we were having so much fun! Here is the whole gang of us!

Thank you so much for coming back again today to visit!! I will be back again tomorrow night after the Awards Ceremony!!  Yippee!!!

Arrived in Salt Lake City!!

Today was a busy travel day and I arrived safe and sound and so excited to see all of my friends.  It was a blast!  Just getting ready for bed but wanted to share a project I made for my downline!  I was so proud that I accomplished these bags in time, amongst everything else I was doing before I came here.  The pattern for these bags was found HERE. And Thank you to Rushs Dry Goods for helping to get the pattern to me quickly so I could start sewing!

I used all of the Stampin' Up! fabrics and got my coordinating zippers at Fabricland.  The individual bag pictured is with the newest fabric from the upcoming Holiday Mini called Orchard Harvest Designer Fabric. Don't you just love them!! Well, all my girls loved them and I am going to give one away to one lucky person.  My goal this year for my blog is to get more followers signed up through the email subscription and to have you start to comment on my posts.  Comments help me to see how many people are visiting.

Here is what you need to do to possibly become that lucky winner.  Comment on this blog post and also make sure you sign up for the Feedburner Subscribe to my Blog by adding your email address.  I will do a random drawing of all the names of people who comment on Sunday 22 Jul.  So.... let your friends know if they haven't visited here yet and I look forward to seeing you around my blog more often!

Have a great day and I will be back with more exciting news from Day 1 of the Convention!!! Check in and Memento Mall on Wednesday!!!

Off to Convention in Salt Lake City!!

Hi there everyone, I'm very excited to be heading to Convention in Salt Lake City where I can give my undivided attention to my business.  I love meeting up with old friends and making new ones and being able to network and get lots of new ideas to incorporate in my business.  It is so nice to be taking a break from the whole moving thing.  Reality will hit me straight on when I get back on Sunday night, but until then I am going to enjoy myself and spend some time sharing with all of you!  I made a couple  of card swaps for Convention and I need to send a big thank you to Jenn B for helping me get them all stamped and assembled in time.  Here is one I would like to share with you today.

This card uses the For the Birds Stamp Set (126407 clear, 126405 wood) from the 2012-2013 Catalogue.  I used Gumball Green for my main card body and embossed it with the perfect polka dots embossing folder.  I layered strips of the new Be of Good Cheer Designer Paper (126896) onto very vanilla card stock and sponged the edges with crumb cake ink.  I mounted this onto the card front with dimensionals.  I stamped the bird image with Staz-on black in on a piece of very vanilla card stock and then cut it out using the Labels Collection Framelits (125598).  I coloured the birdy in with markers and a blender pen and sponged the label with crumb cake also.  I added the final touch of a little black bow made with the Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta ribbon (119261).  It is hard to image a Christmas Card already, but really it will be here sooner than we know it!  That's it for today... will be back tomorrow evening with a post from Salt Lake City!!  Have a great day!

Back at it One year later...

Wow, can't believe it has been a year since I was here.  I have some serious catching up to do.  Wish me luck and any comments and input would be gratefully appreciated to keep me motivated in running this blog.

We said good-bye to a wonderful Catalogue and lots of great products on Thursday, but we also welcomed a very exciting new catalogue with new in-colours and lots of great new things yesterday!  I am very excited about this next Stampin' Up! year.  Quite a few new promotions were announced yesterday that I will be sharing her in the next few posts as well as we get to also look forward to the Holiday Mini Catalogue coming out a month earlier this year also!!  I will be updating all my buttons and links on the blog in the next few days and will be creating a new blog header as well.  (Have to remember how to do it all first! )

Now time for my share of the day for you..... I created this card for my Disney Incentive Trip Swap.  I was playing around with the bleaching technique for my technique club and it inspired the colour choices.

Supplies Used:
Stamp Set: Everything Eleanor (124162 w or 124164 c - Pg 112)
Card Stock: Very Vanilla, More Mustard, Soft Suede, Watercolour Paper
Ink: Soft Suede, More Mustard, Daffodil Delight
Accessories: Sponges, Aquapainter, Very Vanilla Seam Binding, Large Oval Punch, Dimensionals, Bleach, Champagne Mist Shimmer Spray

I will be back again soon with more posts......

Happy Stamping! I'm happy to be back!

It is Time to Say Good-bye! And I'm still trying to catch up!

We had such a wonderful trip to Alaska and can't believe it has been a week since we have been back. Since our return, I have been busy doing laundry, cleaning, planned and prepped my monthly card night, finished working on some special baby shower invites for a friend, catching up on e-mails and gardening. The kids are now into their soccer as well which falls on the same nights as gymnastics so Tuesdays and Thursdays seem to be the busiest!! I have so much I want to accomplish in June as well and can't wait to share the new upcoming Idea Book & Catalogue with everyone!!

Wednesday marked the 1st of June and the release of the Discontinued Stamps and Accessories list. I did send this info out in an e-mail so I know you got it right away. Now I am catching up here. This is a great spot to return to so you have the direct links to the PDF lists.

Hundreds of products from the 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalogue and Definitely Decorative Brochures are retiring. Now is your last chance to get them before they are gone for good.

Please note the last chance accessories are only available while supplies last. The stamp sets and Decor Elements are created at Stampin' Up!'s own facilities so they will be able to fulfill any backorders.

Here are the lists below! The Accessories List will be updated each business day by 4:00pm (MT) with availability information. Call me today to place your order or visit my online store and order from there. Have a good look at the lists..... you will see some accessories marked down and the decor elements are also marked down!!!!!

Stampin' Up! is significantly reducing the Definitely Decorative product line. As a result, the last-chance Definitely Decorative list is very long. While they do not anticipate running out of any of these items, they are too only available while supplies last. Please refer to a Definitely Decorative Brochure to cross check which products are on the list.

There is a very small list of products that will not be in the 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalogue, but that will still be available for purchase. I am just waiting for them to post the list.

If you want to place an order then please contact me as soon as possible to make sure we get it submitted in a timely manner to ensure availability. I do have a couple orders going in this week so can tag your order onto those to save in shipping.

If you have any questions about the retired stamps/accessories or any of the reconfigured products, please don't hesitate to ask. I just might have some insider information!

For a sneek peek of whats to come.... here is a card made with one of the new stamp sets that we received on the Alaskan cruise....

I hope you all have a fantastic day!
